February was golden. After five long months on lay-away, I finally bought my new bass: a 1978 Gibson RD Standard I call Boudica (or Boo for short). I’ve been practicing a lot…fingertips are toughening up, and moving faster up and down the fretboard. Conquering new songs, both by following in others’ footsteps and using my own ears.
